Irene DeBoer collection.

This collection consists of various materials of M.J. DeBoer, a staff member of the Michigan Dept. of Conservation (Fisheries). The collection includes writings and notes on various kinds of fish and fish culture, including the Grayling fish in Michigan and Montana; several publications including How to make and mend fish nets, Methods of net mending, Trout stocking as an aid to fish management, and The California fish planting program. The collection also includes a large number of articles, reports, etc. written by DeBoer, covering the dates 1933-1964; various memorandum, letters and surveys regarding fisheries, and articles on Michigan fishing.
